    Card disputes

    If you find a card transaction on your account that you do not recognise or cannot approve, you can dispute it.

    If you made the purchase yourself, you will need to contact the merchant first. If you cannot find a solution with the merchant within a 2-4 week period, the next step is to dispute it.
